T'ai Chi Chuan is an several thousand year old art of movement, with deep roots in the traditional chinese herbal medicine.

T'ai Chi Chuan consists of slow, steady and soft movements, which are easily performed. By performing the excersises, the internal and external tensions of the body are released, and the energy cirkulation of the acupuncture meridians are restored.

Studies from the Peoples Republic of China show, that T'ai Chi Chuan has a healing effect on patients, who are rehabilitating or suffers from long term illnessess.

The bloodpressure of the patients is reduced, and the lung- and heartfunctions are considerably improved compared to patients, who have no experience in the art of T'ai Chi Chuan.

Regardless of age and gender, the goal directed user of
T'ai Chi Chuan gains a considerably healthiness.

Through its fantastic healing abbilities, T'ai Chi Chuan sooths various symptoms of stress, like bad digestion, sleeplessness, light depressions etc.


T'ai Chi Chuan is known to have a positive effect on circulatory disturbances like uneasyness, cold hands and feet and cramps.

In addition to this, it is a fast and effective remedy against all forms of backaches.

The slow and steady performance of T'ai Chi Chuan removes the circuit-blockades of the body, and recreates the passage of the meridians. At the same time, the physical and psychological tensions are realeased, which helps the reduce the number of "bad" days.

The source of your energy, which the chinese call Qi (lifeforce), do not lie in the muscles and senes, but in the organs, from where it is released through the soft massage of the organs, that is the result of performing T'ai Chi Chuan.

The longer you perform T'ai Chi Chuan, the more energy you will release into your body.

The Qi is released, and thus you get stronger an stronger, if T'ai Chi Chuan is performed on a regular basis. Contrary to muscle energy, which as you know weakens as the time goes by, the Qi will continue to rise, by training app. two times a day, fifteen minutes every time.

There is no upper limit for your energy.

If you wish to keep your mobility, your health and your vitality into a high age, T'ai Chi Chuan might be worth a try.

The perfoming of T'ai Chi Chuan can not be compared to other gymnastics and sports, as it demands the same mental as phycical koncentration to perform the movements.

Therefore T'ai Chi Chuan is often described as "Meditation in movement".
It comes to the composition and the movement of the energy.
The energy of Qi is what moves the body, not the muscle energy

  Do not endeavour to the force, rather to the performance. 
  Let your movements seem as floating as where you creating a cocoon.
